new tpg hfc not connecting to internet

Hi,
I signed up for TPG, and got a router sent out, and today NBN came in and connected a connection box to the coaxial in my new place.

The router is now connected to the nbn connection box, but the internet is not coming up.

When I connect to the router, it tells me to check the telephone cable, but I haven't got a telephone connected, just the WAN from the router to the connection box via ethernet.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you've been in touch with our Tech team.

The case has been escalated to our Engineers for further investigation as the modem/router won't communicate with the NBN server.

An assigned Engineer will be in touch with you via SMS or phone call within 24 to 48 hours as soon as it becomes available.
