no internet ADSL connection

Hi there,
I can’t access to the internet.
the internet light is off. but the ADSL light is on.

Welcome to TPG Community!

 

We were able to locate your account using your community details and learned that the account has a pending balance which is why the service is not working.

 

The status of the account is currently Inactive until the balance is paid.
