I have installed the router and have all green lights except the 'internet' light. Is there an issue or have you not completed thhe installation yet?

I was able to locate your account using your Community details and checking the account, it shows that you have signed up for the service on 22 March 2019.
The standard installation timeframe for an NBN service is within 2-30 calendar days. We normally send out the modem/router prior to installation.
Moreover, we rely on NBN Co to provide the service therefore we are subjected to their connection timeframe. You will receive an email notification on when your installation date will be.
