no internet

 hi, im at hillsdale 2036 today is 4/12/2022 and there are 2 days without internet

in the modem there are a orange light on!

the power point is working and i all ready restart the modem and the abn box

my modem is ac1200 and the light that are orange is the fourth

can you guys please help me with it please?
