I have had no phone service for about 2 weeks now. I contacted the chat service and was less than impressed with the service I recieved. The operator Mc seemed disinterested. I did all the things he asked like changing cables using another handset changing ports restarting the modem etc etc.
My phone has a dial tone but I can't ring out. when I dial there is silence. When I ring home from my mobile the line does not ring at all and the line drops out after 1 min aproximately.
Is there a possibility of getting a service person to fix our phone.
At the same time I'd like our dodgy cabling that the NBN installer put in sorted out.
