Hi @sueyoo . Had no response from previous post? Send an email to postmaster@tpg.com.au explaining the problem; the 2 filter methods don't work. Include the details of one email which is still in your inbox for them to examine. Include a picture of the settings you have for the 2 filters.
Is your email client able to display the "message source" of an email? Out of interest, you could look at the commands that show where the email came from.
