persistent ADSL2 connection dropouts at Brunswick Vic Home for 3 plus days

Hi yes a woman from tpg called aizel rang yesterday at about 4. My connection was working yesterday for most of the day and when she rang she confirmed there were no dropouts for 8 hours prior. However it wasn't working in the morning or after 6 pm and the connection hasn't been working at all or sparingly today since about 5 am. Aizel left a number to call back when I am experiencing no connection and I have tried several times but the number hasn't worked on +61 416 906 330. I have tried without 61, adding 1 2 and 3 more zeros?

I can see that you've been in touch with our Help Desk team yesterday and this case has been escalated to our Engineering team. 

 

Our Engineers has now booked a TPG Field technician tomorrow, 16 August between 8am - 12pm. 

 

They will continue to provide you update via SMS or phone call once additional information becomes available after the tech visit.
