phone calls cut off after certain minutes

For some reasons, my phone calls have been cut off after random certain mimutes: 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes.... in the last few weeks

Firstly, it was just outcalls, cut off after exactly 2 minutes.

Recently, incalls also have been cut off after few minutes.

I noticed this problem because i asked the callers why the call was cut off, AND I can see the period of the cut off call was exactly 1 minute, 2 minutes, or 3 minutes....

I got help from TPG online and been told to turn off phone for 10 seconds and turn on again.

The problem is still there because i receive a call this morning and it was cut off after exactly 6 minutes.
