please cancel my internet account

Hi ,

My id is newstead28 

I want to cancel my internet account. We don't need it because no one lives there right now. And it's impossible to get contact with TPG...  I am not in a contract.  

I also want to know when can I get the refund for the next month as it is already charged ( next cycle from 11.04.2020)

Hi.. I have been contacting the customer service through chat for numerous times, to just cancel my internet... everytime they ended up saying they will transfer to some other specialist to assist me but then no one will then come to chat to me ? Why can't I just cancel my internet? Can anyone help me here?
