reduced NBN speed after complimentary Superfast offer

hi, like some other TPG NBN customers, I'm on your NBN Cable 50 plan. My interwhich generally ran at speeds of between 30 - 50 mbps.
However, after advised on 23 Feb that TPG were putting me on their free trail of the Superfast plan (regardless of whether I wanted to or not) my speed has crashed often to speeds of around 2 to 5 mbps...!
Can you pls provide some assistance to remedy this unsatisfactory situation, thx.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the line.

There's no issues after applying the speed boost on the account.


Please try to turn off the NBN NTD box and your router to refresh the connection.

Once done, test the speed again on both Wired and Wireless to compare.
