I'd like to port a phone number to TPG in April. And I don't want to keep the number which TPG supplied. You said that all jobs were free. But you charged me $20 for Phone excess call charge.
I contacted you for $20 refund and waited the porting job to be finished.
For nearly 3 month, my porting job hasn't completed and I haven't received this $20 refund either.
During this 3 month, I have rang you for many times. Everytime, you check my details, and I tell the story repeatly. You always say in 24hrs to 48hrs, I will received the refund.
I rang you to cancel my porting job and require the $20 refund again on 07/07/2022. You promised that I can received the refund in 24hrs to 48hrs. But I haven't received $20 yet.
Where is my money???
