Hi, Team,

 

My ADSL plan was cancelled on 30/9/2018. There is deposit of 18.91 to be refunded as promised by the customer service team. Not yet to receive it. Could you have a look on this issue? My ID is 4554287.

You should probably call the Billing line, instead of posting on a Tech Support forum.
