I seem to be getting the below error.
Can someone look into it please and advise what to do.
I have scanned PC for virus using updated Norton 360 and nothing was found
Task 'XXXXXXXX@tpg.com.au - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC78) : 'Cannot send the message. Verify the email address in your account properties. The server responded: 535 5.7.8 [TPG-A02] Authentication denied. User XXXXXX@tpg.com.au is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse'

Afternoon, i Reset the password about 2 hrs ago to see if that helped, unfrotunately it did not.
I just tried sending an email and received the same error.
I have scanned with Norton 360 and no virus or malaware was found.
I have 2 emails in my out box boyj from me to my known email addresses
