Hi, I recently changed my plan from home wireless to 5G Home Broadband, however I have not received an email asking me to return my home wireless modem. Do I need to return it? Please let me know how to return it if necessary. No information at all.
Have you received the new modem/router for your 5G Broadband service?
If yes and it is already working, then the Home Wireless Broadband will be cancelled and the hardware should be returned.
