0.20 Mbps download, 0.39 Mbps upload.
This is the 2nd time that has happened in a month.
Sending this message via 4G tethered from a phone.
No need to send another Telstra tech to the premises. It's been checked and it's all fine.
Please come up with a better solution to resolve the issue.
NBN is not an option. It's not available in my area yet.
Seriously considering to change to another provider.

We are currently detecting a line fault, possibly causing the speed issue and we have escalated this to our Engineering Team for further investigation.
We'll have the case engineer contact you before 3PM NSW Time to discuss how this case will progress and provide recommendation regarding your concern.
One of our Engineers tried to contact you earlier unfortunately no avail. Our Engineering Team raised this to Telstra and told us they have booked a technician to check your TPG service anytime between now and 04/Jan/2019. Further updates will be provided by our Engineering Team.
