for the past week or so my nbn internet has been very slow and very unstable from 6pm till 12am, i can barely stream a youtube video on 360p. during these hours.

On what device(s) you experience a slow connection? Have you tried to run a speed test using a desktop/laptop connected via LAN/Ethernet Cable?
If yes, can you post a screen shot on this thread. Also, PM me your account details (username/customer ID or contact number associated with the account). I will run initial tests on your connection.
