slow internet

I have nbn 100 which is suppose to be the fastest speed , my internet is not fast 80% of the time and always during the day in the afternoon it goes off for so many times around 2 pm through to around 4 pm , i am thinking of looking around at other providers but i dont like to change if i can help it
