slow nbn speed

All week we have been having issues with our NBN speeds. Some days its fine others its really slow and watching twitch tv or youtube the videos or streams buffer even at 360 resolution. This issue has only just started happening. We are currently on the NBN 50 plan and had speeds close to what was advertised and we were happy but now we are lucky to even get 2mbps down?? I have done everything on my end like scan for virus/ malware, reset router, reset pc

I am sorry to know that you're having issue with the speed of your service.
 

• Please confirm how many device(s) are connected to the internet/Wi-Fi aside from your PC?
   
• Is the PC connected via LAN/Ethernet Cable?
   
• Have you run a speed test? If so, please post the screen shot of the test result on this thread. (It will be great If the test will be done on a desktop/laptop connected via LAN/Ethernet).

On the other hand, we ran an initial test on your service and it shows connected for 1d 7h 53m and getting a passing speed on the line.
