slow nbn

Hi im on nbn50 plan and. my web browsing/ downloading is incredibly slow. ive tried running tpg's speet test  but i keep getting socket error. google's speed test says speed it's between 15mbps and 32mbps.

when i try try downloading something i get 400kbs to 1mbs. streaming constanly buffers on standard quality and web browsing is slow and constane disconnects with online gaming.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and was not able to detect any fault within the network.

 

Are you using a WiFi or a Wired connection? If it's a WiFi connection, it is possible that the signal is being interfered by some frequencies that causes the issue. We've created an article which will help you improve your home network. Check this link.
