We have been struggling to make video calls ever since our connection was set up in October 2019. Whoever we call, sees our image out of focus. We had assumed this was due to either the external camera or our not-so-new laptop. Then we discovered that result was also similar using a new work laptop.
So at that point we ran a couple of speed tests over the space of few hours, and the results were not what we were expecting being on the NBN 50 plan.
Your advice would be much appreciated.
