Hi, A technician guy has installed my modem today and all seem to be connected properly. I am just waiting on a message from you that says: Your NBN service is awaiting activation. You're required to connect Your NBN modem.
Pls advice when I will receive that message.
I have receive other messages from you but they are all just telling me things that I already know and have done. I am just waiting on the message.
