I'm going to once again upload a photo of latest Test done on connection.
This is unacceptable, I'm an online gamer I stream every night between 11pm and 6am and at the moment i'm losing an audience which tunes in to my stream as well as money.
I'm paying you for a service and there clearly is an issue with your server at either Exchange Level.
There is no way that a Download speed can be under 5mbps but an Upload speed is over 25mbps.
We have been through all the troubleshooting with Tech Support and they have also come to the conclusion that Engineers need to check this out.
