unable to send

I am trying to reply to an email and keep getting the following error message,  I have re-booted my modem (I have had NBN problems recently) but this has not resolved the problem.  What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Hi @phambley . Can you enable Authentication in the send and receive settings in your mail client.
