Get online support
We just moved to new address last month, the FTTC internet is really bad for the new address, very slow and weak. I just did the speedtest, download 0.2, upload 0.5, can you believe that??But it's always bben like that since completed the installation. Can you fix that??? We are business, it's extremely terrible for us.

From our system, we can see you are getting 48 mb/s which is preety good.
May I also know if you are using wired or wireless , if wireless are you using 2.4 or 5 Ghz.
Pls run 3x speed test from http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/. You also can use My tpg apps too for speed, billing and other issue...

As I attached, it's very slow, sometimes have signal, sometimes don't. I use wireless, but I don't know 2.4 or 5Ghz, where can I find the data?
