Hi , I have some wirless security camera and want to connect using 5G wifi but it only connects whenever I removed wifi password  which is unsecure for my private internet. How can connect cameras but still keep my wifi password

What is the make and model of your modem/router?

When you said 5G WiFi, are you under our 5G Home Broadband service?

yes it is sagemcom fast 5866T modem

Alright.

You may try to disable the band steering on the modem/router to separate the 2.4GHz and 5GHz band network.

Once disabled, try to connect to the 2.4GHz band.

Let us know how it goes.

yeah I tried multiple times already. but the cameras only connect to 2.4ghz without password. The same thing with 5ghz

If it's still not connecting to the 2.4GHz band with a password, then the compatibility with the WiFi camera is in question.

Do you still have an old router that you can use as an access point?

No I dont have old router.
How come it still connects with both bands without network?

Since we do not have other modem to use as an access point the other option to utilise the camera is to switch to TPG-NBN connection.
