wifi not connecting to Xbox

Hi 

We have nbn internet. Prior to the maintenance work on 9/1, the wifi was well connected to Mbox. 

However, from yesterday, Mbox cannot be connected to wifi. We tried connecting Mbox to mobile hotpot to see if it was the modem/Mbox's fault. When connected to hotspot, it was working all fine. 

I believe it's the intnernet/wi fi setting issue. Tried all troubleshoot online however still not working and been on a wait with the tech support for a long time. 

Do you have any suggestions?

When you try to connect the Xbox to the WiFi, does it ask for a password? 

If not, can you try to forget the network, then try to reconnect to it with the password you know?

Also, is the Xbox is the only device that can't connect to the WiFi?
