My new AX1500 modem is not connecting to my home phone although plugged in. There is no VoIP and no phone light showing on the modem. Please help. It's connecting to all my other devices though.
I'm happy it's all fixed and working now. I rang and got through immediately and they updated the S/N and the MAC numbers from the old modem which has solved the problem of the phone not working. Thanks TPG.
