Hello,
I previously had a TPG NBN service with homephone connected. Now that I have upgraded to a TPG5G wireless broadband plan, I've been told that I need to get my home number routed to my mobile phone so that I can continue to accept incoming calls to landline number. I'm fine with this, except now my home phone service (number) has dropped out to inactive. I've tried calling to restore this service, but now I've been bounced to about 10 different staff in various TPG departments, and nobody could help. Hung up in frustration.
