After change of plan, home phone is not working

After change of plan to NBN100,last 3 weeks

Im not getting promised upload speed of 70 MBPS or more

My home phone is not working.

Very bad service -unable to get connected with the technical team for resolution

TPG NBN100 plan comes with 90mbps download and 17mbps upload speed.
