I am having trouble with my home phone... I seem to have no trouble getting calls... but... My work number calls and I have to press 1 to talk to a customer, and then I get disconnected. Every single time... only my work number this happens with, no other number... this has never happened before.
I answer the work call, I hear press 1 to connect to the caller... so I press 1, and then get cut off.
