Bizphone

Hi I have a bizphone with a hunt group 1 base station and a cordless, I cant seem to configure my hunt group, if one phone is busy the other phone doesnt ring and if the hunt group is called there is no voicemail but if I ring the base phone or cordless direct i get voicemail.
