The internet was out at my shop so I decided to used the Call Forwarding/Diverting from NBN Digital Voice Service Control Panel and it didnt work at all. Is it normal thing dont work in TPG .
That was my recovery plan from an outaage which I discussed with the sales peorson .
Call support for the digital voice they forward me to another call which you needed to wait 40 mins for.
So could you tell if the Call Forwarding/Diverting worked at all ?
if you promise something before the sale of the product you sort of expect it to work . Your support guys were useless.
DOESNT SEEM TO WORK IS MY POINT.
