Caller ID

I have just installed a phone through TPG VOiP. The Call ID function provides the number of the incoming call but not the name of the caller (assuming that I have their name in my phonebook ). How can I install the names of callers when they ring, so that Call ID provides both their name and number?

Hi Pedro, 

Our Caller ID feature allows you to see the phone number of the person calling you on your TPG phone service but not the name of the person who is calling you.

Hi @Pedro . It is up to the handset to display the number calling (provided by the router) and the associated name that you have programmed into the handset.
