Get online support
So we have two issues. 1 is that the incoming call quality is terrible. We purchased a new handset thinking it was a handset problem but it got worse so we diverted calls to a mobile until we could get it sorted. Since then we can't make any calls at all. We just get dial tone. I tried undiverting calls it didn't fix it. Now I have to divert calls to mobile and make calls from mobile. Anyone got any suggestions. We've tried resetting the modem and all the settings and it's still the same problem.
