Can not call or receive calls from Optus numbers

Hello,

Can you please check TPG landline phone (NBN Home phone bundle) ability to call Optus numbers. My sister has Optus mobile and home phone numbers. I can not call any of her numbers from my TPG home phone. Same problem with my parents phone on the TPG FTTB bundle. It is very important for myself and my parents to be able to call my sister and receive calls from her. Can you please check it out and fix it ASAP.
