Can not receive Incomming calls

when tries to call the home phone land line it get the error message. can't receive incoming call. 

Can someone check that we are in Glebe area.

yes it is connect to port phone 1.

we can make a phone call but can not receive incoming call.

  It Seems your old ADSL modem is still connected, please remove if so,

We've been change the new modem since we get NBN and the phone is still working in the moring. it just can't receive incoming call few hours ago.

How to fix this.
