Is it connected to phone port 1 ?
yes it is connect to port phone 1.
we can make a phone call but can not receive incoming call.
We've been change the new modem since we get NBN and the phone is still working in the moring. it just can't receive incoming call few hours ago.
How to fix this.
It is working now .
