Can’t call overseas from home phone

For the last two weeks we can’t make any overseas phone calls from our home TPG phone we urgently need to get in touch with a family member who is ill in the UK and can’t use our home phone to call we can’t get in touch with anyone on TPG via the contact line on the phone and have tried on numerous occasions via the Internet with still no luck can someone please help thank you
