Hi,

How do I cancel my home phone and ADSL connection?  I recently moved to NBN (not with TPG) and I can see I am still being charged for my old connection.

We regret to learn that you have already switched to NBN with another provider. To assist you with your request, we'll have our Escalations Team contact you. Can you PM us the following information:

  • customer ID or username of the account you want to cancel
  • best contact number
  • preferred time for a call
