After changing to NBN in late 2017, I have only recently connected my landline phone to the wi-fi router; unfortunately, I cannot make any phone calls (I tried both mobile and landline numbers); however, I can receive phone calls. Do you know what might cause the issue?

I was able to pull up an account using your email address and seen that the home phone service seems active. When you try to call out, were you able to receive any error message? How about the incoming calls, Is it working properly?
What is the troubleshooting that you have done so far?
