Cannot make outgoing phone calls from landline

After changing to NBN in late 2017, I have only recently connected my landline phone to the wi-fi router; unfortunately, I cannot make any phone calls (I tried both mobile and landline numbers); however, I can receive phone calls. Do you know what might cause the issue?

I was able to pull up an account using your email address and seen that the home phone service seems active. When you try to call out, were you able to receive any error message? How about the incoming calls, Is it working properly?


What is the troubleshooting that you have done so far?


Possible troubleshooting that you can also try:

  • Turn off and on the modem
  • Try another handset
  • Full reset on the modem (Please note that doing this the settings will go back to its default)
