I’m receiving nuisance calls & requested early Friday to change my home phone number. A greed to all the t&cs. I was emailed on Friday asking me to agree with the t&cs & reply to their email.
Now almost close of business Monday & no action taken.
It is urgent so I called (as instructed) but hold time is 25 minutes!
How do I get my number changed urgently?
