Hi, When I signed up for TPG VoIP with International Call Minutes, I was asked to nominate 2 registered numbers that would be used to call the gateway.
Is it possible to change one of the registered numbers as it is a landline number which has now been disconnected? I tried called TPG Support and no one was able to assist. I was even given a 1800 number to call, but was turned away as that 1800 was meant for internal use only.

Based on your account, you have an active $1 International Calling Cap, this service is still active and can still be used via the nominated phone number. We are however unable to process your request to change the nominated numbers on the account since this plan is no longer offerred to new or existing customers since 20th of March 2013. As an alternative to this plan, we have a voice add-on services that you can avail for as low as $10 per month. You may check here, https://www.tpg.com.au/forms/NBN_Brochure_2020.pdf

In that case, if I am unable to change the nominated number, I will no longer require this service.
How do I go about cancelling this service (without affecting other servies I have)?
I couldn't see how I can do this easily in the self service
