hi In that case, if I am unable to change the nominated number, I will no longer require this service. How do I go about cancelling this service (without affecting other servies I have)? I couldn't see how I can do this easily in the self service Thank you

Hi, When I signed up for TPG VoIP with International Call Minutes, I was asked to nominate 2 registered numbers that would be used to call the gateway. Is it possible to change one of the registered numbers as it is a landline number which has now been disconnected? I tried called TPG Support and no one was able to assist. I was even given a 1800 number to call, but was turned away as that 1800 was meant for internal use only. Thank you!
