Disable call waiting on home phone service

Please disable call waiting on my home phone service. I am an 84 year old woman and I don't need the complications of having calls coming in while I'm on the phone.

We have since requested to our Technical team to have the Call Waiting feature to be disabled on your NBN homephone service. 

Kindly allow 24-48hrs for it to take effect.
