Escalation post port of landline service

Hi

Despite numerous attempts to reolve this issue (escalation to landline engineers on multiple occassions - No. 10913044) we have been unable to use our landline service, each time I escalate we start from scratch, I have also escalated to the telecommunications ombudsman.

We're sad to know that you're having issues with your home phone service. We're able to locate the account using your community details and posted reference number, we've seen that this issue has been escalated to one of our Complaints Resolution Case Manager.

 

We'll raise this with them for additional reference on the ongoing complaint investigation, expect them to provide you a feedback when it becomes available via SMS, Phone call or Email.
