I am genuinely puzzled at the many posts here complaining about very slow TPG phone support.
I have always found it OK.
And today I guess I just got lucky. I thought it must be a new problem, but today I had a VOIP problem. I was invited to take the callback service as the wait would be 'long' but within 5 minutes I was called back and 'Jay' fixed the problem. Well done TPG.
