Hi TPG
I am having an issue currently with my home phone not being able to make calls or receive them. It's been like this for over a week now, we have a weak dial tone that is choppy and we've tested different phone sets and ports around the house to confirm. I switched to TPG home phone last year, but when we were with Telstra home phone this would happen from time to time, usually after heavy rain. Could you please call a tech out to get this fixed please?
