Home Phone activation

Level 1

I have installed NBN Cable Broadband. Internet is working fine. When I check my TPG account Digital Voice Status is ACTIVE. When I connect my phones to the modem I get a dial tone but calls do not go in or out when checked with my mobile. If I reconnect phones to the Telstra line it is still active. Do I need to do something else?

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
