Home Phone and Internet not working since the storm on 08.02.2019. There is no dial tone for the phone. The Internet is also down. Tried with both wired and wi-fi connection. please help.

We apologise that your service is currently interrupted. I've managed to locate your account using your Community details and it showed that the issue is caused by a network outage.
Telstra have indicated they will aim to restore service by 19/02/2019. I understand that this is quite a timeframe for a resolution but please be assured that our wholesale partner is doing their best to resolve the issue in the soonest time possible.
