Hi, our modem was hit with a lightening strike last wednesday & it was replaced by TPG with a new modem on Friday afternoon. We got the internet going well with tpg help except we couldn't get the home phone going again. My wife has a nerouthophy disability with her hands ,where she can't use a mobile phone very well. I hoping someone can help, as she relies on the phone for doctors & medical help.
I've had the same thing happen a few times.
The home phone is not working, on the modem phone icon light is off, even I try to reset the modem it still doesn't work!
I had to call TPG to ask a technician for support, ended up having them reset from their system then it worked again...
